It's easy to carry, and the containers are easy to clean. It keeps food hot or cold, but it's best not to mix hot and cold items too much. If needed, I use another lunch box to separate hot and cold foods. Overall, it's really convenient and easy to use.

Then I followed the instructions to use boiling water first, which worked better. I pack his lunch at 7 am, and after 4 hours, the food is warmish - not cold but not steaming hot. It's good enough.
