I have a Mercedes S Class with a built-in phone system that used to work great until Verizon shut down the older networks. Not wanting to overhaul the car's system, I found this device. I had a similar model in my Ford truck that worked great. The Mercedes doesn't have an audio jack, so using the radio system is the only option. The device fits nicely into the cigarette lighter socket and pairs quickly with my iPhone. The call quality is loud and clear, controlled via the steering wheel buttons. I made a small holder for my phone so it's easy to use. This is as good as it gets for making hands-free calls again.
You can change the frequency settings by pressing the call button. It is not in the manual. The higher the frequency, the worse the sound quality, and the lower the frequency, the better the sound quality. I don't know why, but I'm using it in a low-frequency band. The sound quality is not better than when connected with a 3.5mm cable. The difference between wired and wireless is inevitable. I had to raise it to 15 to 20 based on the car audio I used, so I could hear it while driving. In general, I listen to the radio at about 5-6. That sounds so small. The pairing speed is definitely fast. It doesn't take a second, it seems to take two to three seconds, but it doesn't bother you. It's a little uncomfortable because you can't always do the LEDs around the product. If you press the button on the left, it will turn off, but it is uncomfortable because you have to turn it off from time to time. Other than that, it's worth it.
I tuned it to a blank radio frequency as instructed and it connected easily to my phone. It’s much more flexible than other products with pre-set stations. I can’t use the Aux option in my car, but the included cable is a nice touch. The volume dial syncs with my phone, which is convenient. The bass button needs a couple of seconds to activate but it's pretty noticeable. The lighting is cool, especially for night drives, and the various charging ports are handy. I haven’t tried phone conversations yet, but I’m optimistic about it. It's nicely compact compared to other models, making a real difference compared to using a portable speaker.

It works really well and the audio quality is top-notch, super easy to use too. It also supports 25W Super Fast Charge on my Samsung phone with the USB-C port, which was a nice surprise. Just a heads up, if you hear weird whining noises that change with engine RPM, it's not the device's fault but electrical interference with the car's 12V system. Some cars have this issue. To fix it, you can power the device with a power bank that has a 12V outlet, or if you're into electronics, use two 9-volt batteries in series with alligator clips. This gadget can handle up to 24 volts perfectly. Just don't charge your phone with it when using the 9V batteries setup. This way, you can get rid of any interference noise and enjoy amazing audio quality.
This is an excellent gadget for the car. The car receiver picks up the frequency from the transmitter without any issues. Plus, you can change the frequency. It has all the essential buttons on the front panel. I wish it had options to change the bass level and equalizer settings. Also, it would be better if the buttons to change audio tracks were on the front, but those are available on bulkier models.
This is such a great product in so many ways. It's easy to use and once it's connected you will love it. What I really like about it doesn't have a long arm. It fits perfectly in my cigarette lighter and it's not in the way when I'm shifting the car. There is absolutely no static and the music sounds great, especially if you use the bass power button. You will not be disappointed with this product.
Been using it for a few days and it's awesome in my car! The sound quality is great and it's easy to get set up. I love that it remembers the station if unplugged and reconnects to play music when I get back in the car. It does start a new song rather than resuming the old one, but that's a minor issue. I got this to replace an older, bulkier model. It's good overall, with better sound quality and noticeable difference with the bass button. However, the colors aren't as advertised; it's more of a rainbow scheme, which isn't as pretty. It's a bit annoying that I have to adjust my phone's media volume each time I get in the car, but at least I can turn off the light.
